A Cult Classic Soundtrack
Carpenter and Howarth’s score feels like a dream and a nightmare, perfectly capturing the film's disquieting mystery. The main title theme combines ethereal voices with a catchy bassline to create a sense of unease. Wild and dissonant synthesizer effects juxtaposed with traditional melody suggest the meeting of our world and that of the Anti-God.
