SHOULD WORK BUT UNSUPPORTED: Clones and 3rd Party Licensed consoles using MD 1/2 style hardware.
Notes:
- There are some SMS games require a chip that is only present on the original SEGA Powerbase adapter. This is very rare but worth highlighting. One workaround can be to insert a working game, power off and quickly swap to the non working game, deepening on your console it may retain the missing start-up code needed to play it.
- Some games will only work with SMS controllers, again a rare bug but we mention it to help you spend more time playing. Known games that might have issues are:
- Alien Syndrome
- Bomber Raid
- Great Volleyball
- Montezuma's Revenge
- Shanghai
- Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
- Wonder Boy in Monster Land
