The L and P on the matrixes is one symbol where the horizontal portion of the L is the same line as the bottom portion of the P loop.  The L is above the P, but they are intertwined together to make a symbol that combines both letters.  The TVC symbol on both sides looks more like ↧C where all three letters are put together where the T is over the V in an arrow shape and the C is to the right of the arrow shape.
