Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it is re-fermented in the bottle for a minimum period of 6 months. The lambics used were fermented and matured in own oak barrels at the blendery. They are made from worts brewed by Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon.
The taste is tart and dry but has a certain roundness that makes this Gueuze à l’ancienne particularly accessible for non-experts. It will also delight fans of the genre for its sweet complexity. It also has a slight dry bitterness because of the youth of the oak barrels used, as they still release some tannins. It has a fresh lemony nose.

Hotel-like comfort at home
I bought these pillows from Beautyrest and they really exceeded my expectations. They are very soft but at the same time have good support, which helps you rest better throughout the night. They feel like luxury hotel pillows, especially because of their down-like filling.
The jumbo size is perfect and they come well filled, they are not easily crushed. In addition, the cotton cover feels fresh and of good quality.
They arrived quickly and well packed. After using them for several days, they maintain their shape and comfort. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to improve your rest without spending too much.

I bought these pillows, and honestly, I really liked them. They have a medium firmness that helps significantly with neck pain, yet they remain soft and fluffy without going flat during the night. They hold their shape well and have good loft, so you don't have to keep adjusting them constantly. They don't have any unpleasant odor right out of the package, nor do they slide around much inside the pillowcase something I really appreciate.
