Focusing on the Foundation, a women-centered hip hop collective, Women Rapping Revolution argues that the hip hop underground is a crucial site where Black women shape subjectivity and claim self-care as a principle of community organizing. I didn’t know I could truly love a protein powder…

The flavor and consistency are unmatched and it was actually easy to digest which is something I’ve never experienced, and is crazy for me bc I have serious issues with whey causing bloating and had actually given up on it completely. 100/10 would recommend JUST bc it’s delicious, the fact that it’s such high quality at a reasonable price is just the cherry on top.
I ordered the vanilla to try first and just mixed with cold water using a frother/whisk thing just to get a gauge of taste and consistency and I would actually drink it that way, which I never ever imagined doing with protein lol- later I added it to a smoothie and it was also delicious, almost could not taste it over blueberries but the subtle and delicious vanilla flavor was there.

Gentle and easy to take, great for winding down

I don’t like taking pills, so I really appreciate that this melatonin is tiny and easy to take. It dissolves quickly, and the taste is not bad at all. I take it before bedtime to help me wind down, and it seems to be working well so far. A nice gentle sleep support option.
