This expression is inspired by the infusion of the roots of Sugarlandia and the bountiful tropical flavours of coastal Philippines, particularly the dish called "Ginataang Langka" (coconut and jackfruit stew).
Crafted from 100% sugarcane molasses sourced from Negros island, Don Papa Alon undergoes distillation in the unique volcanic climate surrounding Mount Kanlaon's foothills.
It is then infused with flavours of the unusual jackfruit, toasted coconut, and chillis.
The result is a creamy, unctuous and deeply vibrant rum, laden with warming spice and zest.
