Nature's Bounty Prenatal Gummies helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy   

Dosage: Adults, take three (3) gummies once per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products                             

KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. This package contains
enough iron to seriously harm a child. In case of accidental overdose, contact the
nearest Poison Control Centre or physician immediately.

Warning: Hypersensitivity to iron has been known to occur; in which case,
discontinue use.
CHILD RESISTANT CAP. Keep tightly closed, at room temperature in a dark dry
place. Security seal.
