Designed to pair with the Sori Yanagi stainless bowl 27cm. The strainer fits perfectly inside the bowl, leaving enough space for liquids to drain.

18-8 stainless steel (SUS304), with this material, it become more hygienic and appropriate to high temperature (350°F) / high pressure dishwasher.
