Built with high‑density polystyrene foam cores, each panel is enclosed in a heavy‑duty heat‑sealed moisture barrier to prevent waterlogging and maintain insulation performance over time. A full‑length hinge heat block minimises heat loss, while the lip skirt around all edges improves sealing and reduces running costs.
The exterior features UV‑resistant, chlorine‑resistant vinyl, reinforced stitching, and robust carry handles for easy lifting. Eight reinforced locking straps help secure the cover, restrict access, and comply with Australian spa safety requirements.
