Gutsmart is a source of probiotics and fibre that stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria, such as Bifidobacterium in the intestine/gut. Containing 2 Billion CFU whole cell probiotics to promote a favourable gut flora and helps relieve IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) associated abdominal pain.

Recommended Dosage: Mix 1 scoop or 1 stick pack (6 g) vigorously into 250 ml of any non-carbonated beverage of your choice. Mix into a room temperature beverage and allow a short waiting period to fully dissolve.
