Unelegante combinazione di profumi e aromi si traduce nel Calanchi di Vaiano, Chardonnay che arriva dal Lazio,
Giallo paglierino luminoso allocchio. Al naso è prevalentemente fruttato, caratterizzato da sentori di frutta a polpa gialla e bianca, e impreziosito da sfumature floreali e da toni minerali. Lievi ricordi di erbe aromatiche completano il bouquet olfattivo. Espressivo in degustazione, risulta essere coerente con il naso e di buona persistenza.Unelegante combinazione di profumi e aromi si traduce nel Calanchi di Vaiano, Chardonnay che arriva dal Lazio, testimone di quale valore riescano a esprimere i vigneti della cantina di Paolo e Noemia dAmico. È un vino che non conosce legno, ma solo acciaio, e che soprattutto è in grado di esaltare a meraviglia tutte le preparazioni gastronomiche alle quali verrà abbinato. Di estrema godibilità, è un Chardonnay dalla beva consistente e scorrevole allo stesso tempo, dal sorso prolungato, affidabile e sempre disponibile.
Ottimo con la cucina a base di pesce, è perfetto per accompagnare i ravioli ripieni alla trota salmonata.
