AROMA AND PALATE: This blend expresses the perfect combination of the climate and soil in the Tarapacá Estate. The aromas of raspberry and cherry from the Cabernet Sauvignon give freshness to the wine alongside its notes of tobacco, plum and cassis. The Syrah, which comes from an area near the Maipo River, presents aromas of cherry and blackberry, as well as floral notes and subtle hints of black olive. The Cabernet Sauvignon from the Mirador series adds some acidity thanks to its sandy soils that contain angular stones and gravel. Smooth and balanced, with a great finish thanks to its mineral soils of volcanic origin, the Syrah adds body and minerality. The Petit Verdot and the Cabernet Franc, which are in the Piedemonte series, add volume and maturity. Serve between 16-18ºC
