Si avvertono profumi di fiori essiccati, note di piccoli frutti rossi, echi balsamici e tostati; al sorso si rivela di corpo, rotondo, avvolgente ed equilibrato da un tannino vivace, dal finale persistente.Espressione classica del territorio, il Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore "Macìon" dell'azienda vinicola Collina dei Ciliegi è ottenuto da uve corvina, corvinone e rondinella, accuratamente selezionate e vendemmiate a fine settembre. Il Valpolicella giovane rifermenta per circa dieci giorni sulle vinacce dell'Amarone; in seguito affina per circa 12 mesi in barrique e tonneau di rovere francese, prima di essere imbottigliato.
Accompagna arrosti classici, paste ripiene o al forno; da provare anche con il Monteveronese DOP.

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
