The 26 Series shock is a one piece monotube shock that is well suited for a variety of track conditions or as a traction shock in various applications. Constructed with a zinc plated body for corrosion resistance, this shock is a popular choice for modifieds, late models, super stocks and various other classes. Works best on rough tracks and as an easy-up shock on many dirt cars, and on bumpy asphalt tracks in all banking types. Made with a 2'' O.D. zinc plated steel monotube body and available with hyperscrew, sealed Hyperscrew (IMCA Legal) or Schrader valve configurations, the 26 Series shocks use deflective disc valving with either linear, digressive or linear/digressive valving. The hyperscrew equipped shocks have a threaded round port near the bearing end of the shock body. This hole is then sealed with a small screw that has an O-ring built into it, sealing the nitrogen gas pressure inside the shock. The gas pressure of the sealed hyperscrew configurations is only adjustable by QA1 and QA1 Authorized Rebuilders per sanctioning body, like IMCA, and track rules. With a Schrader valve you can easily adjust your gas pressure. Much like adding air to your car tires, the Schrader valve allows you to make ''on the fly'' gas pressure adjustments between heat races and features to adjust for varying track conditions. The 46 MM piston allows for maximum car control at all shaft velocities. They are racer rebuildable and revalveable for unparalleled repeatability. Meaningful curriculum that I highly recommend.

Heard about this book from a friend who is a teacher. Her entire school is using this curriculum and seeing great results. I bought a copy and the poster set to try for myself. Students loved it! We had amazing discussions and my students' kindness level increased by 100 percent. I appreciate that there is a curriculum for public schools that takes the students to a deeper level of understanding about themselves and others. More of my colleagues are interested in this material and I think we will be doing a book study soon. Hoping it will be adopted by our curriculum department for the entire district.
Pros: Easy to use,, researched based (not fluffy), poster set to support, nice work pages for students to use during the lesson, age appropriate, meaningful connections made between myself, students and between the students and their families. Well received by community.
Cons: Lessons were slightly longer than 35 minutes but I added my own activities for additional interest. Not a good curriculum for educators who only want to focus on academics.

Some of the scripting is rather good, especially for safe touch

I was rather excited about this book initially. The work pages are done well for their appropriate age levels and I felt the lessons were okay. Some of the scripting is rather good, especially for safe touch. However, it is mostly seat work. I was looking for something that would work with all learning styles better and include a few interacting activities, maybe even a game. I have quite a few kinesthetic learners so I have had to come up with my own activities to go along with it.

Successful!
Format: Paperback
I taught these lessons to my students at the end of the school year which can be a hectic time. I could tell the students really understood the love languages and were applying them at school and at home. I look forward to using it to start off the new school year.
