• Available as a 800g loaf; yields 8 slices. Please note the loaf cakes will not come pre-sliced and the photo is for illustrative purposes. Lemon syrup can be provided on request for establishments who will heat up the loaf cake before serving. 

• We recommend that our loaf cakes are displayed or stored at ambient temperature (18-20°C). If stored as such, they can be kept for up to 4 days. We do not recommend that our loaf cakes are chilled when stored. It is possible to freeze our loaf cakes, we recommend wrapping the loaf in clingfilm and storing in an airtight box in the freezer for up to 1 month.

• We do not recommend pre-slicing the cake; it would be best to slice upon serving. Once the loaf cake is sliced it should be wrapped in clingfilm to preserve moistness. Loaf slices should be brushed with syrup and warmed in a convection toaster (1 minute) or microwave (30 seconds) before serving for optimal taste.
