Size - Approx.  23mm x 14mm 

Material - The centre part is aluminium (for sliver and gold cogs), black powder coated stainless steel (for the black cog) & treated stainless steel in the oil slick cog. The inner cog is stainless steel in all. 

Please note that the OIL SLICK colour (rainbow finish) varies in appearance from cog to cog and even side to side of the same cog as each piece is individually treated to create the rainbow finish!

Trouble shooting: If your spinner stops spinning freely: Generally, it's one of 2 things - some fine debris has gotten into the box bearing or alternatively sometimes, if dropped, one or more of the balls in the bearing can dislodge causing spin issues. This cannot be fixed. If you open it up, you'll see if that’s happened though generally. In the first instance we recommend using an air blower like you use for cleaning a computer. As it is a box bearing, lubricant only makes it sticky, so it is not recommended and is a last resort. We usually take the bearing out and clean it using the blower. All the cog spinners are screwed together & may unscrew over time with use. It's simply a matter of tightening them over time/with use.

Care and Cleaning - They are fine to wipe, ours regularly go through washing machine, the trick is to wipe excess moisture off them. If left wet/damp (eg in washing machine lol) they can rust in appearance a little but generally does not affect function. wiping with an antibacterial wipe or damp cloth then drying off thoroughly is the key.

Age Recommendation - Not suitable for children under three years old due to small parts and choking risk.
