Astra 3003 Series Concealed Fire Door Closers
Manufactured in the UK, the Astra 3003 concealed door closer is suitable for door leafs up to 950mm wide. The closer is tested and certified to BS EN 1634-1 for use in 30 and 60 minute fire rated doors. Concealed into the door leaf and frame, the Astra 3003 reduces the risk of vandalism and creates an unobtrusive solution, ideal for doors to student accommodation or office spaces.

Concealed closer with adjustable features to suit your doors
- Closing speed controls how quickly the door closes
- Latching action governs the speed of the door it requires to overcome the latch
- Allows the door to open up to 105°
- Endurance tested to 500,000 closing cycles
- Available with a rectangular or rounded plate in a choice of finishes
- Closer should be fitted by a competent joiner / craftsman
Please note: The Astra concealed door closers is unsuitable for doors fitted with projecting or rising butt hinges fitted. An installation kit, comprising of a fitting jig and auger bit is required for installation, and are available to purchase separately. These are not included.
