Orthomol Natal combines essential micronutrients with Mother-Child Plus (omega-3 fatty acid DHA, vitamin D3, lactic acid bacteria cultures) and provides important nutrients for your child's development, your well-being, and a positive pregnancy from the onset of pregnancy. It also contains a combination of folic acid and Quatrefolic® to contribute to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Quatrefolic® is an active form of folic acid that is available to the body without prior conversion and therefore has higher bioavailability.

Recommended Use:
Stir the contents of one sachet daily into 150-200 ml of still water and take before or with a meal together with the capsules from the sachet and one capsule from the blister.
