Directions for The Sludge ™
Mix 1 scoop (12 grams) with at least 6 ounces (180 millilitres) of liquid (water, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage) in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, or for each gram of psyllium, mix with 30 millilitres of liquid. Shake vigorously 2-3 times or use a mini whisk and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Take during the day (not immediately prior to bedtime).

Adults take 1 scoop (12 grams) once a day.

Each scoop contains: Psyllium 2.5 grams (plantago ovata husk powder)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Medium chain triglycerides, gum arabic, silicon dioxide, flux-calcined diatomaceous earth.
