Our delectable tart crusts are made with the best ingredients, including almonds and walnuts for a hearty crust with a hint of sweetness. The edges of the dough hit the tart pan sides, but don't go up, so you get more delicious filling, and the tart is easier to cut and serve!
This isn't your traditional sweet potato pie! We bring the sunshine and some Hawaiian inspiration to orange sweet potatoes and brown sugar. Instead of a teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, we add in buttered rum and coconut to the sweet potato mixture before cooking out the alcohol.
The flavor doesn't stop there. We make our unique cinnamon whip cream in house, adding cinnamon, spice, and a whole lot of nice to the heavy cream that we whip into stiff peaks and delicately pipe in an even layer on top of the tart. It looks fantastic and tastes even better.
