Girard Perregaux Antimagnetic 18K Yellow Gold Dress Watch – A NOS Jewel from the 1950s

A stunning time capsule from the golden era of Swiss dress watches, this Girard Perregaux Antimagnetic 18K Yellow Gold timepiece from the 1950s is a rare New Old Stock (NOS) example in completely unworn, immaculate condition. A true relic of horological excellence, this piece embodies the refined elegance and technical mastery for which Girard Perregaux is renowned.

A Masterpiece of Mid-Century Elegance

The watch features a 34mm solid 18K yellow gold case with sharp lines and a satisfying heft on the wrist. Hallmarked and numbered (6146) inside the caseback, its untouched condition speaks volumes—crisp, factory-finished surfaces and razor-sharp lugs that remain just as they left the workshop over 70 years ago.

The dial is a vision of understated sophistication—completely untouched and original, with delicate gilt markers and fine detailing that exude quiet luxury. Beneath the dial beats the beautifully finished Girard Perregaux Calibre 07 B, recently serviced and running smoothly. It’s a manual-wind movement that reflects the craftsmanship and durability expected from one of Switzerland’s premier maisons.

A Collector's Dream with Original Accessories

Adding to its rarity and appeal is the inclusion of the original black Girard Perregaux leather strap—complete with the GP logo embossed into the leather. The strap is matched with a period-correct gold-plated Wenger buckle, signed AW, exactly as it would have been sold in the 1950s. These original accessories are exceptionally hard to find in NOS condition and complete the watch’s authentic mid-century charm.

The best shoes my son had this past year. He loves them and has worn them continuously, not only for running and training, but also for daily use. He really likes them and says they are very comfortable.

Size up
Size: 2 Big Kid, Color: Black/Pink
My daughter loves them. However they run a size small so we had to size up. She is anywhere from a 13-1 and we had to get a 2 in these. Overall great show and quality. She also just learned how to tie her shoe (7yo) and they are easy for her to tie. Style is great for running and sports too. Overall great value for the money.

These shoes make a great first impression, but beware of the stingy toe box.
Size: 13.5 Wide Big Kid, Color: Black/Orange
These shoes make a good first impression. They look sharp and appear to be well-made for running shoes. They also get bonus points for having actual laces instead of the common velco/fake laces combo. However, my son struggled to get them on at first due to limited room in the toe box. He has wide feet as well as high arches and the shoes were very snug across the top of his foot initially. Once he got them on, we determined that they were both wide enough (which is a rarity in itself) and the right size – just tight across the top. I actually had to remove the insoles to get them on his feet at first. After a few minutes I tried again with the insoles and he wore them around the house for a few hours, at which point the upper material had relaxed and/or the footbed had started to take on the shape of his foot, in effect creating more wiggle room. By then he didn't want to take them off, so they must have gotten more comfortable after that brief break-in period. If they were still too tight I'm sure he would have complained. I'll update the review if the shoes wear out prematurely or there is anything else noteworthy to report.
