Mirrored back panel & lighting
The mirrored back panel highlights the contents of the curio cabinet, and when you couple the interior lights with the mirrored back panel, you've got a display cabinet that really showcases your antiques, china dishes and family photos. The E26 light bulb not included.
Adjustable tempered glass shelves
With plenty of space for all your collectables, the 4 adjustable tempered glass shelves allow you to customize the display cabinet for the perfect fit. 2 wood shelves are part of the main display cabinet frame and are not adjustable. Each shelf can hold up to 15 lbs.
4 tempered glass doors
Four magnetic push-to-open clear tempered glass doors for easy to access. Providing the best view for you to look antiques. And, it's easy to clean or rearrange the contents inside with access through the four hinged front door panels.
Wall anchor safety hardware included
Keep the curio cabinet secured to the wall with the included anti-tipping hardware. Manufactured wood frame is available in Walnut or Cherry finishes. This display cabinet requires two person assembly (recommended) and is estimated to take about 1.5 hours.

A wealth of knowledge in this book
Format: Spiral-bound, Format: Spiral-bound
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things.
Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses.
If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages.
I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
