Hatsuyuki's unique blade adjustment feature enables the user to control the texture of shaved ice produced which is a desirable feature not available on other brands of shaved ice machines. The Hatsuyuki HC-8EDC comes with Hatsuyuki's safety feature which automatically turns the machine off when the lid is open. The HC-8EDC machine is heavy duty and will last for years with minimal regular maintenance.
