This bottling is stacked with energy and grip and a medium-full body platform, displaying an impressive depth of fruit, minerals, ginger, citrus zest and and racy structure. Fantastic now, the Bereche Brut Reserve will only improve and gain in complexity over the next five to seven years. We’ve been promoting Bereche Champagne since long before they became one of the Champagne darlings of the sommelier world and now they are in short supply.
