Spiritually fierce is a not just a phrase. Spiritually fierce is a movement of awakening consciousness and you are part of it.

It's time to change the conversation about intuition. We should begin by asking ourselves one question... Do I know that I am pure, unlimited consciousness? If the answer is no, then this is the spiritual guidebook for you. Intuition expert and spiritual scholar, Ricci-Jane Adams talks about what it takes to move from knowing we are intuitive, to trusting and living our intuition. It is way beyond understanding we all have a sixth sense. It's about walking the path of the heart's intuitive intelligence, and there are specific steps we all must take to activate it in our lives. In these pages we will learn how to:

- Apply the science of intuition to our daily lives
- Master the governing laws of the Universe, and
- Gain skill in the specific practices that activate our intuitive intelligence

In this deeply personal story, Ricci-Jane shares her own pilgrimage of surrendering the trinkets and superstitions of the new age to reclaim her spiritual fierceness, wild abundance and unlimited intuition. Spiritual fierceness comes when we are willing to meet our fear every single day, and make the choice for love. It's the only commitment we need to make to activate our intuitive intelligence, and meet our unlimited selves.

Rope comes out at the slightest force. Pointless tug toy!
Color: Four colors, Size: 6cm (with rope)
If your dog pulls on these (and why wouldn’t he?), the rope immediately comes out. Turns out they just fuse the ends of the nylon rope together, which is no match for a dog playing tug. Any dog, any level of pulling will dismantle these. We’ve managed to reinsert the rope to a couple of these and KNOT it, which gives you a shorter rope but a toy that can withstand some play. But if I had wanted a DIY toy, I’d have used the balls and rope I already own.

Not for super chewers!
Color: Four colors, Size: 5cm (with rope), Color: Four colors, Size: 5cm (with rope)
These rope ball toys arrived today. My poodle puppy loves rope ball toys and playing tug of war. These didn’t last 10 minutes. For context, she is 1 y.o., 30 lbs., is not teething & has her adult teeth. She did this on her own- we were not playing tug of war at the time the toy fell apart. At least there are 3 more in the package & when the rope is done, we’ll still have the balls to play with.

Bouncy, not hard, and good value.
Style: Fetch Balls (Pack of 10), Size: 2.5 inch
Great balls for the ball launcher and not rockhard like some of the solid rubber balls. These have great bounce, and because of the two holes, they make a fun whistling noise as they fly through the air. My dogs love them and they are a good value. By the way, if you throw them too hard, they will go through chain-link and no climb fence because they squish a bit!

Excellent dog balls — safe design and very durable
Style: Fetch Balls (Pack of 3), Size: 2.5 inch
These fetch balls from Amazon Basics are fantastic, and my dog absolutely loves them. One of the biggest reasons I prefer these over other brands is the hole that runs through the center of the ball. This is a very important safety feature: if a dog were to accidentally get the ball stuck in the back of the throat, the hole allows air to pass through. That small detail could literally make a life-saving difference. Aside from the safety benefit, they bounce well, are easy to clean, and hold up to a lot of playtime. They’re firm but not rock-hard, and my dog goes crazy for them. Great value, great quality, and a thoughtful design. Highly recommended for dog owners who want a safer alternative to standard solid rubber balls.
