The Autoterm 2D Diesel Heater: Big Warmth Out of a Box Smaller Than Your Esky
2kW Diesel Heat | Heats up to 75m³/h | 12V | Fires down to -45°C | 3-Year Warranty
You reckon you need a screaming genny or some bulky unit to stay warm in the van? You don't. What you need is to stop waking up cold, stop running the engine just for heat, and stop wiping condensation off the windows every morning.
The Autoterm 2D is the compact one in the Air range, and it punches well above its size. A genuine 2kW of dry diesel heat, from as little as 0.1 L/h, running quietly off your tank while you sleep. Climb into a warm camper instead of a damp, cold one.
Why Tradies & Campers Rate the Autoterm 2D Diesel Air Heater
Made for tight spaces
The most compact heater in the Air range. It tucks under a seat, into a ute canopy, a small camper or a boat up to 10 metres, where a bigger unit simply won't fit.
Quiet enough to sleep through
A silent metering fuel pump and brushless motor mean it works away in the background, dawn to dark, without a generator's racket next to your head.
Barely touches your fuel or battery
From 0.1 L/h and a tiny power draw, it'll run all night off your diesel tank and still leave plenty in the cranking battery for the morning.
Built to keep going
A brushless induction motor rated for 12,000 hours and reliable starts down to -45°C. It's been proven in marine and harsh environments, not just a mild weekend away.
Comfort Controller included
Simple dial-and-screen control out of the box, or add the optional modem to start it from your phone or by SMS before you head back to the van.

Straight up, the 2D is the small one. It's spot on for a camper, troopy, ute canopy, off-road van or a boat up to 10 metres. If you're heating a big motorhome, a shed or a large cabin, step up to the Autoterm 4D so you're not asking a small heater to do a big job. Give us a bell if you're stuck between the two.
