All ATLAS wire shelving is manufactured under strict quality control procedures and manufactured with anti-microbial protection. The open wire truss reinforced shelves feature front to back welded surface ribs for added strength which increases free air circulation and visibility. Easily adjustable and expandable to change with your needs, shelves adjust on 25 mm (1″) increments. Each shelf has a load bearing capacity up to 200 kg (spread evenly across the shelf). This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
