Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit VLDLR and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added

The Rabbit VLDLR (Very Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit VLDLR. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit VLDLR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit VLDLR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit VLDLR. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit VLDLR in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Great Exfoliator, Love That tThere's Three of Them
This three pack of exfoliating loofah poufs is exactly what I need for those times when my skin is super dry and I really just need a good scratching. Each loofah has the same scratchiness as scratching with my own fingernails, only it covers so much more area and does a better, more even job. That also makes them very giftable in my opinion, either as a set or individually as party gifts or stocking stuffers. This set of three loufahs currently lists for $25.50, so $8.50 per loufah. Since I consider these both artistic and very functional, to me that's a good value.
