It’s a perfect day at the beach, and surfers are on the lookout for the coolest longboards in town! In Longboard, you take on the role of a surfboard shaper, crafting the biggest and most stylish boards to establish your shop as the go-to spot for surfers.

Using tile placement and strategic drafting, players will build and expand their surfboards, making careful decisions about which pieces to add and when to trade. Each turn, you’ll have two actions to take, choosing from: Collecting surfboard pieces from the deck to your supply, placing pieces onto your boards, ensuring they match in color or are wild, with each new card needing to be equal to or greater in value than the one below, trading pieces with opponents, giving them multiple cards in exchange for a single piece that better fits your build.

Each surfboard piece features stickers that count toward your final score—completed boards (at least four cards long) earn you points, while unfinished boards cost you points. The game ends when a player completes three or four boards, with at least one being seven cards long, or when the deck runs out. Bonus points are awarded for having the longest completed board, the most completed boards, and for meeting any of the random objectives revealed at the start of the game.
