Description

94-02 2nd Gen Ram bolt-on Radius Long ArmFFS Bolt on Radius Long arm control arms for your 94 02 2500 or 3500 4x4 or 1500 94 01. Replaces your short 4 control arms. From stock to 8 of lift (higher available). (Anything above 4 of lift you can consider our 2G Four Link Geometry is actually better) At a whopping 50+ long, these not only locate your front axle very well like a radius arm does, but the plentiful length also minimizes any drawback of a radius arm too. Stock or extended wheelbase

FFS Bolt on Radius Long arm control arms for your 94-02 2500 or 3500 4x4 or 1500 94-01.

Replaces your short 4 control arms. From stock to 8” of lift (higher available). (Anything above 4” of lift you can consider our 2G Four Link- Geometry is actually better) At a whopping 50+” long, these not only locate your front axle very well like a radius arm does, but the plentiful length also minimizes any drawback of a radius arm too.
Stock or extended wheelbase adjustable by means of the monster 1-1/4 heim type rod ends. Helps move the tires away from the rear of the fender opening where rub is the most common. Ultra heavy duty 2"x .211 wall tubing insures these to be overbuilt. Comes with our caster eliminator insert set to get rid of the original slotted cam style caster adjustment, as this will now be handled by the adjustable upper control arm rod ends.
Chassis bracket locates on your frame with an original frame hole underneath where a transfer case skid plate brace is sometimes bolted, behind your trans crossmember and requires drilling for 3 bolts on each frame bracket. Requires removal of your old link brackets on the frame. Easily done. You can see the fresh marks on the frame in the pictures where they were cleaned up on this 3rd gen, 2nd is very similar.
Matching bolt on rear traction bar bracket available for a clean symmetrical look.
Powder wrinkle black, raw available and CUSTOM POWDER COATING on request. FFS removable overlay on the chassis and radius bracket to custom match to your truck.
A great compliment to this would be our adjustable track bar.

Includes,

2 lower radius long links,

2 upper radius short links,

2 frame mount link brackets,

4 caster eliminator plates, (we must know your model year of front axle to get this right, and even then there has been some odd crossover in transition years, helpful to measure the front to rear length of the caster adjustment slot on the outside edges of your axle, either near 2” for the larger later, or near 1-3/4 for earlier smaller)

2 1.25 chromoly hardened rod ends w jamb nut and misalignment spacers,

2 7/8 chromoly hardened rod ends, w jamb nut and misalignment spacers,

4 axle bushing sets,

4 FFS overlay badge plates

8 9/16 grade 8 pivot fasteners,

8 1/2” grade 8 frame bracket fasteners,

Questions asked:

Hey I was looking to buy the Radius arm kit for my 03 Dodge 2500. Will this work on a lowered truck? Like 2 inches in the front. Answer… YES

Works like a charm!
Size: 8oz MTB Tire Sealant Kit
I’ve used TireJect before. I used it on my golf scooter to eliminate a slow leak. They only hold 14 psi, but over 4 weeks it was down to 10. The TireJect fixed that immediately. Very easy to use.

This stuff is amazing
Size: 8oz MTB Tire Sealant Kit
I have tried several tire sealants available for my tubeless mountain bike tires. TireJect far out performed all of them. The sealant is holding up well and definitely seals up punctures quicker. I've been stranded miles from the trailhead before and never again with TireJect. Carrying your bike back to the car is a walk of shame nobody wants face. I also liked the included injector better than the others I've had and like that's it's part of a complete kit.

Works well!
Style: 16 oz
This stuff works well. I've only ever used it after my tires had been punctured and ran flat... I haven't had a flat this wouldn't seal... 3 uses so far all 3 have fixed flats and been many miles put on since the repairs. I start with as little as possible and if it doesn't seal I just add more, I think I've managed to use far less than recommended and successfully sealed punctures. I've only used it on fat tire e-bike tires. I'm pretty comfortable with the seal and I have no plans to replace the tubes, which saves me a fair amount of trouble. I will update if it springs any leaks without new punctures. It's very easy to use and actually pretty clean especially compared to automotive type tire repair foams. The first repair I used it for was a brand new bike that just wouldn't hold air in the rear, totally unsure what caused it to keep losing air but 2 or 3 small doses of slime fixed it. The most recent slime repair, I had a wobbly bike ride which felt weird and I couldn't figure out why but a few hours after I had returned home both tires were totally flat. They both had a handful or more of some really heavy duty thorns stuck in the tire that likely barely punctured the tubes but the rear tire also had a roofing nail in it. I did not think the slime was going to fill that one, it was a pretty heavy leak once I removed the nail, but Slime did seal it and I've since ridden the bike twice and in the same rough conditions I normally would still holding strong at higher pressure than I normally ride, have yet to drop back down since refilling but I am hoping and expecting it won't be a problem. Two thumbs up. I always keep a small tube in my bike bag and I am confident if I ever need it while I'm out and about it will be useful.
