HOW TO USE
Use a regular pencil to lightly trace on your eyelids where you would like the liquid eyeliner to go. Then use the Pen Liner to trace over pencil lines. At the lash line, create short dashes then connect it altogether with the Pen Liner. Ensure cap is tightly closed after using.
