This product features an aluminum channel construction to prevent warping and cracking, which can occur with timber materials. It also includes a 'Jockey' knife edge and utilises the 'Advance' resistance wire to maintain consistent resistance regardless of temperature changes. The wire is tightly stretched over a metric rule and can be easily replaced in the event of breakage.
