This 4 lbs. heirloom American felling axe was produced by our most experienced artisans. The Dayton pattern is a timeless shape and much preferred by skilled woodsmen for a full-sized felling axe. After the head is forged, much care is taken in the finishing process. The axe head is rough ground in a robotic work cell and then sharpened by an experienced craftsman using increasingly fine abrasives and then finished with leather stropping.
A sharp axe is a safe axe as it is less likely to glance out of the cut. Be assured that this axe has been hand-honed razor sharp by our skilled craftsmen. All components are Made in USA.
- Forged from 5160 grade alloy steel for strength, toughness, durability and the ability to hold an edge. "Council" is displayed on one side of the head, and the other is marked "USA". The head will last for a lifetime. We guarantee it!
- Heat treated and quenched to produce a hardened edge extending 1-1/2 inches up the bit for maximum edge holding. The edge is tempered to Rc 52-56 to hold an edge without becoming brittle.
- 36 in. Handle is made of grade "A" American hickory and its traditional pattern embodies the heirloom quality of axes from times gone by. The grade "A" hickory handle is selected for grain orientation and density. Handle is mounted to the head in a traditional manner using a softwood wedge along with a round steel wedge for added security.
- The axe head is coated with oil to prevent rusting and to showcase its natural beauty. A Linseed oil coating is applied to protect the handle.
- A premium leather sheath is included to protect the tool and user and features a buckle for fastening and an embossed logo. Sheath is Made in USA.

We reorder this item frequently. The cotton content is excellent and is thick. It doesn’t pull off easily. The quantity in the box is plenty to get our family of four through a month. If you have skin sensitivity, these are for you. We have sensitive skin in our family and have no concerns with this product. This product cleans well and the shape of the actual cotton tip holds well.

Repurchasing for sure

These toner pads have genuinely made my skin look smoother, brighter, and more refreshed. They’re super easy to use and feel really gentle while still giving noticeable results. My skin feels cleaner and softer after using them, and I’ve especially noticed improvement in texture and overall glow.

Great product, great price!

These toner pads have been amazing for my skin! They leave my face feeling incredibly smooth, refreshed, and clean, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in texture and overall glow. I especially love using them while removing my makeup because they make my skin feel extra fresh and clean afterward. I do notice they leave a slight semi-dry/tight feeling on my skin at first, but once I rinse and apply moisturizer, my skin feels absolutely amazing — soft, balanced, and hydrated. The pads are well soaked, easy to use, and make my skincare routine feel so much more effective. I’ll definitely continue using them! I also feel they work just as great and are not as over priced as so many others out there.

They really do work!

I rarely give reviews that aren’t motivated by disappointment, but this is one of them. Medicube makes several products that I use alongside $170 serums and creams, and the Zero Pore Pad is one of them. I love the dual texture, and even after using a pre-cleanser and a “microfolient” face wash (both expensive washes from by Dermologica), the Zero Pore Pad is my ONLY choice for a toner. Compared to the products that go on after using the pads, the pads are incredibly affordable for the results I’ve seen. On the rougher side of the pad, this toner still somehow finds pockets of sebum that are visible on the pad after using as directed. It’s like magic.
I’m on my third container of Zero Pore Pads and I can say, without a doubt, they have had noticeable results on my skin, mostly on my nose and the cheek area around my nose. The size of my pores are now smaller, almost invisible. This is despite the fact that I layer a bunch of serums, creams and a moisturizer at night that I lock in with the peel-off Medicube collagen mask. Despite the weight of it all on my pores, the pads still have worked, and they aren’t harsh like some toners-but if you have very sensitive skin or are on acne medication, go with their milder sister product). I wash my face three times a day due to the ick of polluted air and layers of moisturizer and sunscreen, so I’ve been using these three times a day, but occasionally I use the Koji and Tumeric Pads, which have had no noticeable effect aside from serving as a basic toner.
The application is lovely on all Medicube’s pads with their dual texture, but like the collagen mask these Zero Pore Pads really do work (for me). Because skin varies with age and melanin content, I am a pale white woman (female at birth) of Scandinavian descent so I don’t know if these would have had the same impact on me at age 17, but now they work, really well. I literally have the glass skin K-beauty prizes—I just used the pads and thought I had something on my face because my skin was shining. I love these, try them!
