In this 2.5 hour hands-on workshop, you will learn everything you need to know to start fermenting veggies at home. You'll learn about the science of lacto-fermentation as you work through three seasonal recipes, and you will leave armed with the knowledge needed to take care of your ferments and troubleshoot if needed at home.
Perfect for: absolutely anyone! Suitable for beginner fermenters and those with some prior knowledge who want to learn a bit more about fermenting veggies at home. The perfect date night or fun night out with friends.
What You'll Get:
- All the ingredients and equipment you need to create your three jars of ferments to take home (we'll be making sauerkraut, a mixed brined ferment and a seasonal MGB favourite)
- Full recipes and fermentation guidelines to take home with you
- A glass of wine to start off the night (more drinks can be purchased on the night)
