Apply the RB PREMIUM CUT MASK Transfer Tape to lift the printed RB PREMIUM CUT PRINTABLE WHITE MATT from the original carrier. Best flip it over so the polyester carrier is on top and remove with 180, 4. Heat Press the garment for 2 3 sec. (to take the moisture out), 5. Place the RB PREMIUM CUT PRINTABLE WHITE MATT material on the garment with the RB
Application Steps:
1. Print the flex and cut it by cutting plotter,
2. Weed the exceeding material,
3. Apply the RB PREMIUM CUT MASK Transfer Tape to lift the printed RB PREMIUM CUT PRINTABLE WHITE MATT from the original carrier. Best flip it over so the polyester carrier is on top and remove with 180°,
4. Heat Press the garment for 2-3 sec. (to take the moisture out),
5. Place the RB PREMIUM CUT PRINTABLE WHITE MATT material on the garment with the RB PREMIUM CUT MASK facing up,
6. Heat press at 302 °F for 15 seconds at 43 to 58 PSI,
7. Remove the RB PREMIUM CUT MASK hot,
8. Press again for 2-3 sec. at same parameters with an Antistick paper on top.
Remarks:
- Due to different quality of garments & heat presses in the market, we recommend evaluation tests before any application.
- Please follow the washing instructions of the garment and iron on the back side.
- All information mentioned is based on our tests in the lab.
- The materials used are ecologically safe and do not contain heavy metals, plasticizers or PVC
- RB PREMIUM CUT PRINTABLE WHITE MATT can be printed with solvent and eco solvent inks.
- Transferring the RB PREMIUM CUT PRINTABLE WHITE MATT with the RB PREMIUM CUT MASK Transfer Tape, allows safe positioning on garments before production.
- For best results we recommend to store the rolls vertically and away from heat, moisture & direct sunlight.
