Ghosted by customer support
My Kidisle frother stopped working after just two weeks and only displayed an error code. I contacted customer support and initially received a quick response. They acknowledged the issue and suggested airing out the unit for two days, which I did, but it didn’t resolve the problem. I followed up twice after that and haven’t received any response in over 10 days. Very disappointing experience with both the product and the lack of follow-up support.

Best purchase for coffee lovers

I use this every morning and anytime I have guests over, it’s become a staple in my kitchen. It heats and froths milk perfectly, giving that smooth, creamy texture every time. Super easy to use with simple controls, and cleanup is just as easy. It looks great on the counter too.
This is a great product if you enjoy delicious coffee at home and want to save money by not buying coffee from coffee shops. Definitely a great buy.

Make your Cappuccinos!

I purchased this after a trip to France. I drank a lot of cafe cremes, pretty much like a cappuccino, and decided I need it in my like every day. Easy to use. Didn’t come with instructions but I was able to figure it out. Takes a little time but works well for what I want to achieve. Love the glass pitcher. Doesn’t spill when pouring. It’s very quiet while frothing super easy to clean. I love it!

One thing however, in spite of respecting the line limit it spills out and you have to clean the whole thing. So don’t fill it up to the line limit.
