Ideal pentru etanșarea îmbinărilor unor obiecte precum aragaz, chiuvetă, lavoar, cadă și pereți, le-ar putea împiedica să mucegăiască și să se înnegrească, menținând bucătăria și baia curate și ordonate. Se utilizează pentru golurile dintre pereți și pereți impermeabili sau rezistenți la praf.
