Built for retherming and holding without a hood, this QuikTherm oven delivers precise heat and humidity control in a rugged full-size 18-pan design.
- Non-venting design helps simplify installation and is not required to be placed under a ventilation hood in most applications.
- AquaTemp system continuously monitors and controls temperature and humidity to help protect food texture and safety.
- Holds (18) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 13" x 26" pans on adjustable 1-1/2" centers.
- 8 kW, 208V, 3-phase electric power with a 140°F to 350°F retherm/hold temperature range.
- Field-reversible insulated Dutch doors feature silicone gaskets and anti-microbial magnetic latches.
- Heavy-duty swivel casters, an integral drip trough, and stainless steel construction support mobility and easy cleaning.
