The box was about an inch or two larger in all three dimensions than the paper, and they didn't put any packing paper in the box to hold it in place. The paper itself arrived mostly undamaged but the wrapper was destroyed. Since most of the paper was OK, I didn't want to make an issue out of it with Amazon and send it back, and risk having another "ream" arrive in even worse condition.
