• This Boiled Chinese Potatoes is the easiest way to cook dishes and there is no peeling required.
• Easy to cook.
• No added preservatives or additives.

• Heat coconut oil in a pan.
• Add crushed small onion and garlic, saute it till turns light brown in color and add crushed red chilli and curry leaves and stir for couple of minutes.
• Empty the whole contents of this pack and mix well on low flame add salt, if required.
• Simmer for about 5 minutes. (Note: If you prefer them to be browned & crisp, add little more oil and stir - fry at medium heat for some more time).
• Remove from the fire and serve with rice of your choice & Enjoy!
