For longtime Gene Clark fans and aficionados, the tracks on this remarkable archival release are the stuff of legend. Since word first spread in the 1980s about the discovery of these 1967 recordings on a rare acetate in Liberty Records' vaults, fans have come to regard Gene Clark Sings For You as nothing less than the Holy Grail of the singer-songwriter's extraordinary body of work. Shrouded in mystery and the subject of much speculation and conjecture, few have ever had the opportunity to hear these forgotten gems from one of Gene Clark's most prolifically creative periods. Until now. -from the liner notes by John Einarson, author of Mr. Tambourine Man: The Life And Legacy of The Byrds' Gene Clark Finally available, the legendary Gene Clark Sings For You acetate appears on CD, 2-LP, and Digital June 15, 2018. In addition to the Sings For You 8 songs, this new release also features an additional five demos from a second acetate lent courtesy of The Rose Garden's John Noreen, as well as one further demo of the song "Till Today." The Rose Garden acetate and the "Till Today" demo were submitted to the band, The Rose Garden, with whom Clark had grown close, for consideration for their debut Atco album (also being reissued in expanded form at the same time as Sings For You). Produced for release by Grammy®-winning producer, Cheryl Pawelski with restoration from Grammy-winning engineer, Michael Graves, this historic release features previously unseen photos and an essay by Gene Clark biographer, John Einarson.

my 6’4” husband wore this to our wedding. it looked amazing on him 💜 everything fit pretty good except for the jacket part; that was a little big. it may fit someone who weighs a little more but my husband weighs about 165lbs. we had to tailor it a little bit. other than that, very beautiful suit.

Impressive Quality and Style – A Perfect Prom Look!

A Good Value

The suit is a good value. Ordered for senior prom for my son. He is 5’10 athletic build and between 165-170 lbs so we ordered the small since he wanted a slim fit and nothing that would be very loose. The suit fit him great, not too snug , the jacket has a satin finish on the lapel and edge of pockets which gives it an elevated elegant look. The jacket has an interior pocket but the rest are just for aesthetic as they do not open. I did have to cut a small slit in order to use the pocket square. The pants fit like a glove but you may want to size up if you are very muscular. The material is light weight which is perfect for prom season or warmer weather. The vest was oversized but we were not planning to use the vest anyway. Quality: several hanging threads that needed to be snipped but no big deal, the stitching was even and straight and the interior had piping of a complimentary fabric. After a full night of dancing and activities he did not have any issues with stitching breaking or splitting of seams. The buttons are black with a silver edge which give the suit some sophisticated flair but keep this in mind if you plan to style with gold. Overall, I am very pleased with this suit considering it’s price point. It’s perfect for a teen that will attend various senior events. Shipping took 2 weeks so plan accordingly and pay attention to the expected delivery date.

Decent Tux but no customer service

Decent tux for the money. Wish that we could have ordered different sizes for the jacket and the pants. The vest/jacket fits great but the pants were too big. Ended up having to buy separate pants. The add says that if you email them for a different size, they will help you out, but we never heard anything back from our email.
