Sustagen Hospital Active (Chocolate) is a great tasting nutritious drink, packed with a comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals. Plus, it’s high in protein to help keep you strong and active. Sustagen Hospital Active Formula helps with weight gain or slowing down weight loss when your food intake has been affected by illness or injury.

Active ingredients:
Non-Fat Milk Solids (62%), Corn Syrup Solids, Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Powder (4%), Minerals (Magnesium Hydrogen Phosphate, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Gluconate, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Sulphate, Sodium Molybdate, Chromium Trichloride, Sodium Selenite), Vitamins (C, E, Niacinamide, A, D3, B6, B1, B2, Folic Acid, K1, B12), Flavour. 

Directions:
Mix 3 scoops (60g) with 200ml of water. Stir before serving. For best results use a shaker. (Use enclosed scoop. *1x scoop of Sustagen = 20g.) Great served chilled or warm. 

Store tin in a dry cool place. Once opened, recap the tin and use within 4 weeks.

As the Sustagen range contains milk, it is only suitable for vegetarians who consume dairy products as part of their diet. Sustagen is not suitable for vegans.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Do not change proportions.
• Contains milk and soy.
• Gluten Free
• Store below 30°C in a dry place.
• All prepared product should be tightly closed and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature and within 24 hours if refrigerated.
• Best before date on base of can.
