It is specifically designed as the load disconnect solenoid controlled by the BMS, where the black wire should connect to the load pin of the BMS. The BMS sets the turn on and off points through its settings, switching this black wire accordingly, while additional voltage thresholds are monitored by the Smart Start SBI12
