Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using
Start with ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops), twice daily for a week, then increase to ¼ teaspoon twice daily. Take under tongue or dilute with water or tea. Once extract is in the body’s system, the dosage can be reduced to 1 time per day depending on the severity of the complaint.
Dosages may need to increase to 3 times daily for very slow metabolism. Drinking several glasses of water daily is also suggested, along with a healthy well balanced diet and exercise. Best taken 15 minutes before eating or 2 hours after.
