Know as Vipperrow ware, the shape and decoration was common for a few centuries across Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Southern Scandinavia. While the original was unglazed, low fired coarse ceramic ware, ours is made of dark stoneware, fired to 2200 Fahrenheit and glazed inside making it perfect for your wine or morning coffee.
