Across retailer reviews, users praise the cutter’s speed and ability to work in confined spaces, often citing clean cuts and long battery life for service calls. The multi-tool is viewed as a valuable bonus for light-duty cutting and sanding between tasks. Common negatives mention that the cutter is copper-only and can struggle on out-of-round or work-hardened pipe; a few note the brushed motor and single included battery limit continuous heavy use. Representative quotes: “Made 30 cuts under a sink without removing lines,” “Battery gauge and LED are handy,” and “Wish it came with a second battery for all-day jobs.”
