Product Overview
The Rich Solar ALPHA 5 PRO Battery Server Rack is a 6-slot enclosed cabinet with wheels, designed to support up to six ALPHA 5 Series batteries for a total capacity of 30.72 kWh. Engineered for residential, commercial, or off-grid battery storage setups, the rack provides safe, organized, and mobile energy infrastructure for high-capacity applications.
Why This Product Makes Sense
Organizing multiple high-capacity batteries can be challenging without proper infrastructure. Loose or improperly supported battery setups increase wiring complexity, risk of damage, and make maintenance difficult. The ALPHA 5 PRO Battery Server Rack addresses these challenges with a pre-assembled, industrial-grade cabinet designed for safe, scalable, and mobile battery management.
The rack’s heavy-duty welded steel frame and black powder-coated finish ensure stability and durability even in demanding environments. Four swivel casters, including front brakes, allow easy movement, while heavy-duty leveling feet provide stability on uneven floors. Multiple vents and openable side panels allow proper airflow and maintain battery performance under continuous operation.
Wiring and integration are simplified through top and side cable entry points, full access from all four sides, and 600A copper busbars with protective covers. The rack supports parallel battery configurations and daisy-chained communication with inverters or other energy storage components, making it an ideal solution for expanding or customizing off-grid or residential energy systems.
What To Expect From It
Once in place, the ALPHA 5 PRO Server Rack provides a stable, organized home for up to six ALPHA 5 PRO batteries. The pre-assembled design reduces setup time, while full accessibility on all sides makes wiring and ongoing maintenance straightforward. Users can move the rack as needed using the integrated casters and secure it in place with the leveling feet.
The ventilation system ensures batteries remain within optimal operating temperatures, supporting performance and longevity. Integration-ready features allow parallel connections or communication with inverters, enabling seamless energy system expansion without major modifications. Overall, the rack provides a practical, safe, and durable foundation for high-capacity battery storage systems.
