Unleashing Power: The RZR Phoenix Axle
Your RZR Pro R is a force to be reckoned with. However, as you continue to hit the gas, the temperature in your axles rise, causing the grease to overheat and your stock axles to break down. That’s why you need Assault Industries' MAS-223 Phoenix Axles—they’re built tough to withstand intense heat and powered by a unique grease formula.
- Proprietary high-temp grease blend for unmatched performance
- Incredibly high CV angles
- 4340 chromoly steel construction
- Increased shaft size
Unlocking Peak Performance
Assault Industries' special high-temperature boot grease is essential for reaching the highest level of performance. When you're speeding or navigating extreme angles, intense rubbing and heat is created. Regular grease struggles with these conditions, breaking down quickly. This can cause boot failure, CV failure, and even catastrophic axle failure. Sand racers, rock crawlers, and even trail riders can experience poor performance or even failure from the negative effects of lousy grease.
Trust in Phoenix Axle Grease
Phoenix Axle grease has been tested to go above 586.5°F. OEM can’t even compete with that, breaking down at 365°F degrees. This high-performance grease allows you to open your throttle all the way up, giving you that little extra edge you’ve been looking for.
Smooth Rides: Enhanced CV Joints in Action
Navigate rough terrain with ease thanks to our bigger CV joints. Whether you have a lift kit or offset A-arms, these axles provide a smooth ride without binding or overheating. Explore how enhanced CV joints redefine the way you ride.
Strength in Size
Size does matter! That’s why these axles offer increased shaft size combined with a full-length chromoly construction. This gives you an axle that can handle strong twists and challenging maneuvers without falling victim to the trail.
