📌五星紹興醉雞/醉蝦材料
燉包1包、去骨雞腿2-3隻(換蝦子就是醉蝦的做法)、紹興酒100cc、水500-600cc 、鹽兩茶匙、白胡椒粉適量
🌟紹興可去腥、增香,使菜更加鮮美
❤️❤️簡易做法❤️❤️
一、雞腿肉洗淨後灑上些許鹽巴與些許米酒去腥
二、利用錫箔紙將雞肉捲成長條糖果狀固定
三、將燉包泡入500-600CC水中加鹽和白胡椒粉
四、雞肉捲裝盤與湯汁上下相疊一起放入電鍋 外鍋1杯水 30分鐘後取出放涼
🌟電鍋跳起趁熱在湯汁中加入紹興酒和枸杞
五、將蒸好的雞肉捲加入湯汁中冰入冰箱至隔天，就有冰冰涼涼的五星醉雞可以吃囉
