Our ability to adapt to stress depends upon optimal function of the adrenal glands and
in particular, the regulation of the main stress hormone: cortisol. Chronic stress can lead to elevated levels of cortisol, resulting in adrenal stress.
Early symptoms of adrenal stress include: fatigue, depression, cold hands or feet, dizziness, low
back pain, asthma, allergies, sweet cravings, hormonal imbalances, irritability, headaches,
gastrointestinal problems, skin problems, arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.

The ingredients in AdrenaSense work together to reduce the effects of stress to improve mental and physical performance:
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) increases resistance of the body to chemical, biological and physical stressors. It has been proven to enhance mental and physical performance.
Suma (Pfaffia Paniculata) is considered a regenerative tonic and is used to treat many types of stress.
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) has been shown to normalize reactions to physical and mental stress and increase the body’s ability to withstand adverse conditions. It promotes vital energy and supports optimal adrenal function.
Schizandra Berries (Schizandra chinensis) is commonly used as a general tonic and to counter the effects of stress and fatigue. Studies show it has normalizing affects in cases of nervousness and improves physical endurance as well as mental capability.
Ashwagandha (Withana Somnifera) is used primarily as a general tonic to increase energy and has calming effects on the central nervous system.

- (1.5% withanolides) (5:1 from 400 mg Ashwagandha
- Encapsulated in a vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water, silica) with rice starch and vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Suggested Usage
Recommended adult dose:
1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take with food.
